DUMPSTER DAY DATES FOR 2022

Sept. 17th. 2022  7:30am - 11:30am

Current residents only, waivers needed to participate,

HOA DUES MUST BE CURRENT

  • 20 minute unload time on all trailer loads, No Exceptions.

  • We want all our neighbors to get the same amount of time. You may go back to the end of the line if you need additional time to unload

  • Tree branches are permitted, but limited to 5' square cube or less and must be bundled prior to entering the parking lot.  

  • Tree branch loads are 1 per resident

   LINE UP WILL  START AT THE MAIL HOUSE ON NORTH SHENANDOAH.  YOU WILL THEN BE DIRECTED TO PULL INTO THE CHURCH PARKING LOT 

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED IN DUMPSTERS!

  • HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

  • UNOPENED PAINT CANS (latex paint only, cans must be opened and dried )

  • BATTERIES

  • COMPUTERS

  • TV'S

Dumpster Day Services

PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES BELOW FOR DUMPSTER DAY 

  • There will be 10 rolloffs available for residents.  Once these are full, we will end dumpster day.  Note: We normally do 10-12 rolloffs.

  • Limbs and Branches will be allowed!

    • 5' square cubed or less  

    •  Branches must be bundled prior to entering the parking lot

    • 1 load per resident

  • Bag / Bundle any loose material.   

    • You will be asked to bag/box these items prior to unloading if they are not.

    • If you have a load of smaller objects ie small wood pieces, they have to be bagged/boxed.  As we walk the line if a Board Member determines your items need bagged you will need to bag them prior to unloading.

    • In an effort to keep the process moving along, residents that have trucks or trailers that contain debris that will take more than 20 minutes to unload will be asked to move to the back of the line after the allotted time has expired.

  • PLEASE ENSURE YOU SEPARATE YOUR METAL AND TRASH! 

    • They are in separate areas! 

  • Residents will need to be able to unload your vehicles yourselves.  If you are unable to unload yourself, please ensure you bring a friend or 2 to help.

 

This is an HOA benefit for residents who are current on their dues

(or working with our treasurer on a payment plan).

 

HOA has the right to refuse any resident not in compliance with the dumpster day rules, or anyone else deemed necessary.
